What you will be doing Collect and validate control evidence across client environments. Execute scheduled control testing and raise exceptions accurately. Maintain evidence repositories mapped to multiple frameworks. Draft responses to customer security questionnaires from the answer library.
Support audit fieldwork by preparing and packaging evidence. Track the compliance calendar and flag upcoming obligations early.
What we need from you One to three years in GRC, audit, information security or a related analytical role. Genuine attention to detail — this role is largely about noticing what is missing. Understanding of at least one major framework, even if only academically. Comfort with spreadsheets at a level beyond basic formulas. Clear written communication. Helpful but not required Genuinely optional. We have hired people with none of these and they are among our strongest practitioners.
Exposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2 or DPDPA. Scripting ability in Python for evidence automation. Experience with a GRC or compliance automation platform. Relevant certification in progress. Our hiring process
