AI Governance Lead Build and lead our AI governance practice — ISO 42001 implementations, EU AI Act readiness, model evaluation and red teaming for clients deploying AI in consequential decisions.

What you will be doing Lead ISO 42001 AI management system implementations through to certification. Run EU AI Act readiness assessments including role determination and high-risk classification. Design and execute model evaluation protocols covering accuracy, robustness, fairness and adversarial resistance. Conduct red-team exercises against generative AI deployments.
Advise client executives and boards on AI risk in terms they can act on. Grow the practice — hiring, methodology development and market positioning.
What we need from you Seven or more years spanning AI/ML and governance, risk or compliance. Genuine technical understanding of how models are trained, evaluated and deployed — enough to challenge a data science team credibly. Working knowledge of ISO 42001, the EU AI Act and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework. Experience assessing or governing models used in consequential decisions about people. Ability to write technical documentation that satisfies an auditor and a regulator. Helpful but not required Genuinely optional. We have hired people with none of these and they are among our strongest practitioners.
Hands-on model evaluation or fairness assessment experience. Published work on AI safety, evaluation or governance. Regulated-sector experience in credit, insurance, healthcare or employment decisioning. ISO 42001 lead auditor or lead implementer certification. Our hiring process
