What you will be doing Run gap assessments against ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and the Trust Services Criteria. Build management system documentation that people will actually use. Work with client teams to implement and evidence controls. Conduct internal audits and facilitate management reviews.
Support Stage 1, Stage 2 and SOC 2 fieldwork, including auditor liaison. Maintain the cross-mapped control library as frameworks change.
What we need from you Three or more years in information security compliance, audit or certification delivery. Hands-on experience taking at least one organisation through ISO 27001 or SOC 2. Understanding of what constitutes acceptable audit evidence, and why screenshots often are not. Organised enough to run a workstream with 200 open items without losing any of them. Clear written English. Helpful but not required Genuinely optional. We have hired people with none of these and they are among our strongest practitioners.
ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification. Experience with Vanta, Drata, Sprinto or a comparable platform. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to PCI DSS or HIPAA. Our hiring process
